When you present a deal we purchase you act as our buyer’s agent in a transaction. Deals that you bring to us we have you act as the seller’s, us, agent as well after we renovate for resale. You have the opportunity to represent twice on one deal allowing you to earn twice the commission. Our goal is for the agents we work with to be excited to work with us which is why we’re happy for you if you receive both commissions. That merely means you were great at your job!
