Our Business Strategy
Our overall investment strategy and specialty starts with crafting a custom solution for a distressed seller or purchasing distressed properties at a deep discount – usually >35% below market value. From there we deploy the best investment strategies to yield the best return based on market conditions. Often we renovate the homes forcing appreciation then selling to retail homebuyers or landlords. Some homes are held as short term rentals, long term rentals, sold on a lease option, or sold with wrapped financing.
